As a Product Design Lead at Alight, you will play a significant role in enhancing employee experiences for our 26 million users and their families. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of transformative enterprise products. Your expertise in design and user experience will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and innovation at Alight. You will collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure that user needs are integrated into design strategies and solutions. A comprehensive understanding of strategy, usability, interaction, visual design, and execution is essential for success in this role.
