Thinking and making: Diagnose challenges and creatively solve them Ideate and create impactful and memorable solutions for a dynamic spectrum of clients Passionate about big ideas as well as craftsmanship Develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs Tell clear and compelling stories about your design ideas Adapt your style to suit the client need or task Present and facilitate meetings and sessions with clients Relationships: Manage complex programs and challenges Present to clients and build their trust Collaborate well with others Find compelling ways to persuade clients in their work Mentor junior members of the team Work with different skillsets – from strategy to CX Commerciality: Take ownership and iterate specific work streams within a project and manage all related deliverables Work with client teams to help grow relationships Help identify and create award entries and marketing activity Leadership: Grow others and actively look for ways to inspire and teach others Accountable for individual actions and responsibilities Look to new places for inspiration Remain optimistic, motivated and focused even under pressure Help maintain balance and wellbeing in the wider team WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 4+ years of branding-related design experience Experience and interest in managing/leading cross-disciplinary teams A strong working knowledge of current design programs Exceptional creative talent (in the areas of brand identity across all mediums) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A detailed-oriented problem solver Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Solid organizational and time management skills Experience with motion and/or digital is a plus
