Your primary responsibility will be to lay a strong foundation for all new creative projects, starting with the very first kickoff meeting. The job of a Gander strategist goes well beyond research and insights; you are here to help articulate a company’s fundamental reason for being, and uncover the real emotional relationship between brands and their consumers.
