About Us Art Processors is a global experiential design and technology company. We partner with cultural and tourism organizations to invent new realities of human experience. We sought to democratize the experience; to create new ways of storytelling, no wall labels or scholarly rhetoric. When we started out, the technology we needed didn’t exist, so we invented it. Ten years on, we’re still inventing—dreaming up new ways of storytelling, adding new ways of doing things to our technology platform, and forging partnerships, from our ongoing work with MONA and The Getty to our latest work with the Sydney Opera House featuring a stunning light projection and immersive live-sync soundscape. A bit about the role… We have a newly created opportunity for a Creative Director to join our team, based remotely anywhere in the United States. The primary reason for the role being created is to provide our team with additional client leadership and direction to support our increasing volume of work within the United States. You’ll also be expected to contribute to our business development and proposal activities, and be comfortable leveraging an established network to initiate conversations and assist our team in developing new business opportunities within the cultural sector. In this highly varied role, you can expect to be responsible for overseeing and directing creative work and collaboratively participating in our projects, from ideation to execution. You will project lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives to thoughtfully, creatively, and innovatively respond to the needs and challenges of our clients and prospects. About You -An array of project and program management experience within or working alongside cultural institutions -Experience directing, envisioning, planning and executing experiential design in museums and public spaces combining physical and digital exhibit/experience design -Experience delivering a wide range of implementations that demonstrate skill in manipulating all forms of interactive and static media to create original and meaningful experiences -Demonstrated experience developing and testing new ideas and experimenting with new tools, proactively solving problems that may arise, using imagination and unique vision -Hands-on experience in creative processes and outstanding leadership abilities to maximize the talents of the creative and technical teams -Demonstrated experience working with a global, remote-team, across time zones and cultures -Demonstrated experience planning and executing a wide variety of design, creative, and technical projects What we offer We promote a friendly, human work environment; providing you with the support, tools and resources to flourish in your role.
