The ideal candidate for this position can move seamlessly from concept to execution with a knack for delivering fresh perspectives that are informed by best practices and the latest thinking in the landscapes around us. At heart, ADs are systems-level thinkers who understand how discrete elements need to work together in order to deliver holistic brand experiences. And ADs are translators, too — they’re able to understand and evaluate creative strategy and are comfortable communicating that strategy to other Artemis Ward designers as well as our clients.
