Job Description

IDEO U provides “learn through doing” experiences for leaders at all levels who believe creativity is essential to achieving their goals. Each cohort course runs for 5.5 weeks and has a dedicated Teaching Team. Teaching Assistants (TA) coach learners, inspire creativity, model mindsets, foster inclusive community, and deliver moments of human connection across a diverse audience. The role is for an independent contractor, remote, and part-time. TAs support up to 15 hours a week for 6-week course sprints.
