Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Design Lead designing complex tools and platforms. You champion the user’s voice and are confident in mapping and optimizing end-to-end journeys through a complex ecosystem of products. You value user research and have a tool kit of research methods and techniques to uncover insights and test design concepts/prototypes. This project will involve a high level of client stakeholder interaction, so clear communication skills are critical. You’ll be acting as a discipline lead within the project, working alongside a collaborative and talented team to design out a new platform across native and mobile platforms. This role is based in our Brooklyn studio at 20 Jay Street, New York. We have a hybrid policy: you're required to be in the studio on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and you can choose between studio or remote work for the rest of the week. Able to travel, from time to time.
