Job Description

UX AT DYE & DURHAM We are a growing team spanning across multiple regions, we are passionate about advocating for our users, using research and insights to help make our design decisions, and building a team with diverse perspectives. We are looking for a driven Lead UX Researcher to help establish and shape our research practice, you will be working closely with the UX Director and Product Leaders to contribute and to the global product strategy. You will also support the UX Director and Lead Product Designers to identify and prioritize research needs globally, as well as own and lead research activities, ensuring that best practice is being followed. To be considered, you need to be an experienced research practitioner and a skilled team lead with experience in managing and mentoring UX researchers.
