Join our sole designer to make true impact on day one. This role splits between designing UI for AI-driven agentic workflows (70–80%) and helping build out our "Prima" design system in Figma (20–30%), collaborating closely with our Principal Product Designer day to day. She is looking for someone with 1–3 years of design experience, strong Figma skills, end-to-end UX thinking, and comfort with component-based, token-driven design systems. It's a hybrid role based in Minneapolis's North Loop, with benefits including unlimited PTO.
